No prior leadership experience is required. We love working with both leaders and aspiring leaders because we strongly believe that a title does not make a leader. Everyone has the capacity to lead, whether it’s within their friends, family, community, team, or organization. If you are purpose-driven and eager to make a positive impact, this program will equip you with the tools to inspire and guide others, no matter where you are on your leadership journey.

The program spans six months, with bi-weekly live training sessions.
Additionally, participants are encouraged to engage with the provided reading list (3 books total), training videos (few and far between) and partner work (once a month).
On average, you can expect to dedicate a 4-6 hours per month to fully benefit from the program.

The NEWW 4-step conflict resolution framework is a simple yet powerful tool we introduce in our workshop. It equips participants with practical skills to navigate conflicts with care and confidence, promoting a more harmonious and productive team environment.
Our approach was inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) created by Marshall Rosenberg. Our trainers are NVC specialists and developed the NEWW approach to fall more in line with our ethos and approach.
